Ages 6–10 · Old town Valencia
Kids' Ceramic Class
with Korytsia
An hour and a half of clay. Your child builds their own piece by hand, chooses the color, takes home their own finished ceramics.
Sign upWhen
We set a date once a group of 4–6 kids is ready. Usually weekend afternoons.
Message us — we'll add you to the list and let you know first as soon as a date is set.
What happens in class
Meet the clay
Korytsia shows how clay behaves in your hands. Kids try shapes, decide what they want to make.
Build a piece
Each kid makes their own — a small bowl, a cup, a figurine, whatever they want. Korytsia helps each child individually.
Color + decorate
At the end of class, kids choose a glaze. The studio handles both firings afterward.
Finished ceramics ready ~2 weeks after class — pick up from the studio or we deliver in Valencia.
What's included in €25
- 1.5 hours with Korytsia
- Clay, tools, workspace
- Glazes and color choices
- Both firings — bisque and glaze
- Aprons and everything needed
- Finished ceramics — to take home
A parent + kid version?
If your child enjoys the class — we'll launch a "parent + kid" format: same table, two pieces, tea for the grown-ups. We'll schedule it once a group is interested.
Who teaches
Korytsia is a Ukrainian ceramist, working in Valencia as the ceramic resident of @saged.club studio. She works with each child patiently and individually — no rush.

Common questions
What should we bring?
Nothing — we provide everything. Just dress your kid in clothes that can get a bit dirty. Aprons at the studio.
Does my child need experience?
None. The class is designed for first-timers. Korytsia helps each child individually.
Is it safe with the kiln?
Yes. Firings happen later, done by the studio — kids only participate in hand-building and decoration. No kid goes near the kiln.
Can I register two kids from the same family?
Yes. Message us, we'll discuss ages and group fit.
What if my child doesn't enjoy it?
It happens. This is a trial class — that's exactly the point. If it doesn't click, that's fine, no obligation to continue.
When does my kid get their finished ceramics?
About 2 weeks after class. Pick up from the studio or we deliver in Valencia.
How do I pay?
Once a class date is set, we send a Stripe payment link. Spot is confirmed once paid.
What language is the class in?
Korytsia teaches in Russian and Ukrainian comfortably. English-speaking kids welcome — basic instructions translate easily.
